Ook wel de thee-zwam of kombucha genoemd.<\/p>\n<p>De komboecha drank ontstaat door de inwerking van een symbiose van micro-organismen, gisten en bacteri\u00ebn, in de vorm van een dikke gelatine-achtige, glanzende paddenstoelachtig-membraan, die een symbiose van gistcellen met verschillende bacteri\u00ebn vormt. Komboecha ontwikkelt in de drank vooral glucuronzuur, melkzuur, azijnzuur en verschillende vitamines.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>De geclaimde eigenschappen zijn :<br \/>\n<\/strong>* een ontgifting van het lichaam door glucuronzuur<br \/>\n* de antimicrobi\u00eble werking van melkzuur<br \/>\n* antibiotische eigenschappen in het algemeen<br \/>\n* een reiniging van het kliersysteem<br \/>\n* bevordering van de spijsvertering<br \/>\n* neutralisatie van urinezuur<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\u00a0Komboecha recept voor 2 liter:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/strong><br \/>\n* 10 gram groene of zwarte thee per 2 liter water<br \/>\n* 200 gram suiker per 2 liter water<br \/>\n* 2 liter water<\/p>\n<p><strong>Materialen:<\/strong><br \/>\n* 1 glazen pot met brede opening van minstens 2,5 liter inhoud<br \/>\n* 1 luchtdoorlatend gaasdoek \/ keukenhanddoek of servet<br \/>\n* 1 elastiek<\/p>\n<p><strong>Werkwijze:<\/strong><br \/>\n* Kook 0.5 liter water en voeg de thee toe, laat het mengsel minstens 15 minuten trekken.<br \/>\n* Na het trekken verwijderd men de theebuiltjes of losse thee en voegt men al roerend al de suiker toe.<br \/>\n* Giet 1,5 liter water in de glazen pot met brede opening en voeg het aangemaakte mengsel (0.5 liter) toe. Roer alles om en laat alles afkoelen tot beneden 30\u00b0Celsius.<br \/>\n* Leg nu de moederzwam in net mengsel.<br \/>\n* Dek de bokaal af met een luchtdoorlatend doekje en span het doekje om de hals van de bokaal met een elastiek.<br \/>\n* Zet de bokaal met komboecha op een rustige, warme en donkere plaats (+\/-21\u00b0C).<br \/>\n* Na een gistingstijd van 10 tot 18 dagen is de drank klaar. De drank zou nu een Ph-waarde hebben tussen 4 &#8211; 2.5.<br \/>\n* Neem nu de moederzwam en dochterzwam uit de bokaal en spoel ze eventueel af met komboecha-drank.<br \/>\n* Giet de bekomen drank door een zeef en bewaar de drank in glazen flessen. Zet de flessen koel (koelkast).
