Kruisreactie tussen inhalatie-allergenen en voedselallergenen Op de nationale gezondheidsbeurs stond de Vereniging van Allergie Patiënten. Ik raakte met de secretaris in gesprek omdat ze informatie hadden liggen over voedselallergie. Zij vertelde mij dat er een link is tussen inhalatieallergie (bijv. hooikoorts) en voedselallergie.
